dynamic frequency - ONE TRACK REVIEW
Sup? It's time for another review, and today we're checking out a new track from rising vaporwave artist dynamic frequency. I hope you like the embed player up above, let me know if I can improve on it - just a little quality of life improvement for the blog. But anyway, let's talk about the track.
dynamic frequency is a vaporwave artist who started making music earlier this year. Their first big release was the album "Today in L.A." which seems to be a big fan favourite. It was just released on tape via OasisLtd., so if this sounds interesting to you be sure to check it out!
This is the first single off their new album, confirmed by them on Twitter and I'm honestly really enjoying this thing. It's a short but sweet late night lo-fi banger. It's groovy and fun, and my main complaint is that it's way too short. I would have loved to see this track be expanded upon, but that doesn't change the fact that the song we got is really high quality. Especially with the vocals coming in towards the last few seconds of the track - it feels like it's about to start a new part of the song but instead it just ends which is a little disappointing.
Overall though, I'm definitely a big fan of this single, and I can't wait to see what else dynamic frequency delivers in the coming months!
